Important Update for NHS Occupational Health Teams

NHS England and NHS Improvement, supported by the NHS Health at Work Network, are seeking to identify additional occupational health resources and support for our NHS Occupational Health teams.  It will be at the discretion of individual OH Services to buy-in additional support on an ad hoc basis to supplement existing services if they so wish.  As part of this support package, the following message is being sent out today to all SEQOHS-accredited organisations:

FAO SEQOHS-ACCREDITED Occupational Health Service Providers

Owing to the emergency pandemic situation and associated rise in demand for Occupational Health Services and Employee Assistance Services in the NHS, NHS England and NHS Improvement are looking to appoint several SEQOHS accredited organisations who have capacity to provide services for a national contract in which Trusts are able to buy-in additional support on an ad hoc basis to supplement existing services.

To express an interest in this opportunity, interested suppliers should register as a supplier on the Authority’s e-tendering portal, Bravo Solutions via the link below:

Once registered, suppliers should confirm their registration details to lucy.purdy@nhs.net and natalie.hailwood@nhs.net. The opportunity will not be visible when you first register. However, you will receive an automated message when the tender has been launched, which we anticipate will be today 3rd April 2020.

NHS England and NHS Improvement are also writing to all HR Directors with the attached message.
