Do you password protect the letters that you issue both internally and externally ?

We have been using the individual’s DOB as the password – however the  DOB is no longer easily available (because of GDPR).

Password protecting documents is not embraced by our stakeholders, because it is very inconvenient for them. It is not easy for us to use either!

What is your process please? Particularly interested if you are SEQOHS accredited as to how you are managing this.
