NICE have now published their quality standard on 'Healthy workplaces: improving employee mental and physical health and wellbeing' (QS147).

This quality standard is supported by the NHS Health at Work Network.  It covers the health and wellbeing of all employees, including their mental health. It describes high-quality care in priority areas for improvement.
