Has anybody used the UNICEF “ get a jab, give a jab”  campaign where for every flu vaccination given to a frontline HCA the Trust/organisation would make a contribution towards a vaccine for a child. I am aware that Birmingham Children’s Hospital used this to incentivise employees and it was very successful. If you have used this approach, I’d be really interested to hear how you managed to gain approval from finance as I understand there are some clear rules relating to donations to charitable organisations.
