“We are looking at reviewing our structure in Working Well and recruiting 2 different roles, and I wondered if anyone had similar job descriptions we could borrow?

1.     Customer Experience Manager, or Service Delivery Manager – the purpose of this role is to manage the relationship with our private clients, prepare reports and to monitor KPIs – was thinking around Band 6/7

2.     Clinic scheduler – opening and managing our clinics in e-OPAS is starting to feel like a full time role, so we are thinking of developing a role for this which might be interspersed with other admin duties – does anyone have a JD which might cover this?”
