Apart from our NHS Trusts, my OH Service has over 200 private clients – these are mainly small businesses and some of which only use us rarely.  I am considering whether to charge a retainer which would be refunded if they spent at least that amount during the year?  I was wondering if anyone used a retainer scheme and how theirs worked?
