Christian Lippiatt from Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust asks:

I wonder if I might ask a couple of questions of the Network?  We are looking at DNA’s and our opening hours and wanted to get a sense check of where the rest of the Network is at. 

1.       We are open Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays with an advertised time of 8am-4:30pm.  Does anyone open earlier in the morning, later in the evening or at weekends (not including flu clinic season when we/you might have out of hours clinics)?

2.       Our “Did Not Attend” rate for Clinic Nurse appointments averages at 8.8%.  Is this good/ bad – how does it compare to other services?
