In my role as Course Director for Diploma Course in OH I have been informally supporting doctors who are interested in OH to find a Service, either NHS or private sector near their home, who would be willing for the doctor to sit in on clinics and observe the practice of OH. In some instances this has led to them joining the OH Service in a substantive role. My own Service has recently benefitted from this.

I would like to establish a network of NHS OH Services that would be willing to be contacted for doctors to sit in and observe clinics.  It would be minimal effort but an opportunity to engage these doctors who anecdotally find it difficult to get posts once they get their Diploma.
