Dr. Jane Spenceley from Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust asks:

“At our Trust we are investigating digital solutions to manage both staff ‘flu and Covid vaccination journeys from booking appointments to data collection in line with all national requirements (the latter seem to be constantly changing).

Ideally as a minimum, systems would need to be able to export data either as a CSV (Comma Separated Values)/XML (Extensible Markup Language) file.  Also we would like to know if any of the systems that other OH services use and have found effective have an open API (Application Programming Interface) enabling different systems to talk to each other.

Can any services recommend any digital solutions so we can investigate these further?”
