NHS England and NHS Improvement are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of our NHS people.  You will have demonstrable skills and expertise in the field of Health and Wellbeing (or related fields such as Organisational Development / Human Resources) successful project management, research and evidence-based policy creation, engagement and relationship management, and be able to work at pace in an energising national role.

As Health and Wellbeing Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic national team who are responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient approaches to improving the health and wellbeing of all NHS staff.
