Hilary Winch, Chair of the NHS Health at Work Network asks:
“Supporting Staff Through Menopause – Areas of Good Practice
I have been approached by NHSE/I who are wanting to hear of examples of good practice in how organisations are supporting staff in the NHS who are going through the menopause. This may be with practical initiatives / awareness sessions (for men and women) / Manager information / policies / toolkits / adaptations, etc.
If you have any areas of good practice you are happy for me to share on your behalf, please can you contact me and advise what you have been doing in this area. Thank you.”
Please respond direct to hilary.winch@nnuh.nhs.uk and cc. to admin@nhshealthatwork.co.uk
The results from these queries will be shared with Network members via our secure webpage.
