Query from Network Member

Alison James from Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust asks:

My OH team currently offers face to face counselling (well, normally we do!) which involves CBT-type therapy over 6 sessions and covers a wide range of issues.  We are considering having a staff IAPT service under our OH umbrella as well, so that we can offer a wider range of support.  I was wondering whether any other OH teams have a staff IAPT service under their umbrella and, if so, would they be prepared to share their model?
