I am trying to set up an explicit policy and process for fast-tracking NHS staff to treatments that are provided by their employer. We have had informal arrangements for this for years, but they work variably – and sometimes don’t work at all! I am renewing efforts – and am also interested in setting up reciprocal arrangements for fast-tracking.

Do any network members have a successful fast track policy, and if so would they be willing to share it, or just have a phone conversation with me for sharing advice and experience?
