Jane Hitchins from East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust asks:

‘Do any NHS depts have experience of FY doctor placements in occupational health?  I suspect like many NHS Trusts with FY docs with health issues for which they have been shielding, our Trust is considering adding an OH placement to their options.  I’d be pleased to hear from anyone who has hosted FY placements, your opinion on competencies for FYs to achieve in an OH placement, and your advice on how best to make this work well for all parties.’
