FOM’s guidance on long-COVID for employers and managers is intended to assist them in facilitating the return to work of staff who may find this difficult. 

Two files of the guidance are attached.  The larger guidance file is better for printing and the smaller guidance file for rapid digital sharing

The employers guidance is complementary/parallel to that and could be given to patients to share with their employers.
