Does your service produce list of clinical posts (job roles) that necessitate EPP clearance?  If not, who produces / maintains such a list?

If your service / Trust does not produce such a list, how is the need for EPP defined / managed?   

I would appreciate receiving a copy of your list in order to review any variances, with a view to benchmarking and standardising where possible.  Please include any non-substantive roles, eg. clinical attachments etc. if so defined.
