In these perilous days we seem to be having to provide advice and procedures in a rapidly developing pandemic situation.

If you have developed a procedure for OH clearance for ‘retired’ staff returning to work I would appreciate if you would share it on the network

Similarly policy / procedure for staff testing for COVID19 , especially the consent issues for sharing of results between the labs, LMs and OH.  Given the current situation we are likely to opt for assumed consent unless a written opt out is provided by the opting out staff member.  Is that reasonable and proportionate?
